We will be applying a vendor patch to our Auckland and Christchurch FortiGate Firewall Cluster in a window between 21:00 and 23:59 on Wednesday 6th August 2025.

Risk has been assessed as medium, and maintenance is expected to be largely non-disruptive. Due to the nature of this work dynamic routing protocols (OSPF and BGP) will re-establish, so there will be short period where network traffic is impacted.
