We will be upgrading our Enterprise NAS platform in conjunction with vendor pro-support engineers.

The NAS platform will be available while the upgrade takes place. The window is due to the nature of the rolling upgrades across the cluster as each node is upgraded one at a time.

We do not expect any service issues as a result of this, but customers are recommended to test and check all shares and applications after the maintenance is complete.
